This practical one-day course will increase the confidence of the participants in deciding when to recommend mediation to clients, how best to get the other party to agree and how then to make sure that your clients are best looked after both before and at the mediation. This knowledge of mediation will enable participants and their firms to add value to their client service provision.

Fees & Early Bird Discount
The fee is £350 per day per attendee, excluding VAT, but including all course material, drinks and meals. If payment is received 28 days before the course date or earlier, the amount paid can be discounted by 10% from the full course fee.
Multiple Bookings
Book 2 or more people onto the same course and a 10% discount will be applied to all attendees from the same organisation.
