Become a Conflict-Confident Mediator
This practical six-day skills course will provide you with an understanding of all aspects of mediation and enable you to develop a "green L plate" level of competence as a mediator with an appropriate certificate.
Further practice opportunities are available through the monthly CPD practice development programme of role-play and discussion held in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

Session Format
Each of the three two-day residential sessions is held on a Thursday and Friday, with a 2 week gap between each session. The sessions are fully interactive, involving discussion, group activities, demonstrations and role-play in a supportive environment. Notes and course reading are provided for pre-reading and subsequent reference. There will be ample opportunity to ask questions about any topic.

Fees & Early Bird Discount
The fee is £3,000 per attendee for the full 6 days, including all accommodation, meals, course literature, podcasts, certification and a personal video of the course. You can attend the first two days and if you decide being a mediator is not for you, you will only be invoiced for these two days. Attendees wishing to take the final certification must have attended all 6 days.
If payment is received 28 days before the course date or earlier, the amount paid can be discounted by 10% from the full course fee.
Multiple Bookings.
Book 2 or more people onto the same course and a 10% discount will be applied to all attendees from the same organisation.
