David was a commercial solicitor for over 30 years and accredited as a mediator in 1994 with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), with whom he is a Registered Mediator. David holds a Certificate in Mediation from Woodbury Mediation College, Vermont, USA, was on the Board of the Scottish Mediation Network (SMN), involved with the Edinburgh Community Mediation Project and is a volunteer mediator with the Edinburgh Sheriff Court Mediation Project.

Jeremy has a degree in Psychology and spent 25 years in business before accrediting as a mediator with CEDR in 2003. He has mediated commercial contract, partnership, Intellectual Property and Insurance claims, has a special interest in workplace conflict, is on the SMN’s Workplace Interest Group. He has published a number of articles on internal mediation teams, chairs the SMN’s In House Mediation Interest Group and is a Scottish Enterprise Business Mentor.
