David Hughes HalletAs a Mediator I see my role as facilitating the resolution of disputes by supporting and guiding the parties towards an agreement. I therefore work with them on that basis. There may be situations which require me to be more directive in order to move negotiations forward, which I will do, while being sensitive to the views of both parties.
